I would have to restart and the restart would be very slow until eventually it bsod then gives me the driver power state failure stop code every time.Īfter the full PC reset/wipe, I got to the desktop and it seemed a bit sluggish but not normally as sluggish as when it was described above so I gave it a restart just in case, the restart was slower than it should've been but it didn't bsod me. What happens when I get it is when I boot up my PC and my case fans ramp up to basically full speed, then I get to the desktop and everything is noticeably/visually rubberbanding/laggy (mouse movement/screen animation/opening programs etc).but cpu and everything else looked normal in task manager performance. But I did a full reset a couple of days ago and now it's happening every cold boot up. I noticed it when I installed some things (drivers etc since it was a new build) a few weeks ago but ignored it since it wasn't a big hassle and only happened every once in a while. This is a brand new build PC with all new parts. Power Supply - brand & wattage (if laptop, skip this)? CORSAIR SF 450W SFX 80 PLUS PLATINUM MotherBoard - (if NOT a laptop)?
